All types of chronic pain, such as nerve pain, joint osteoarthritis, tendon inflammation and tears, and disc-related conditions.

Dr. Mohammad Bushnaq: Where Pain Has No Place

Despite the remarkable scientific progress in medical diagnostics and treatment, chronic pain remains a persistent challenge—disrupting patients’ lives and limiting their ability to function day-to-day. This reality reinforced my belief in the urgent need for safe, effective alternatives to surgery and long-term reliance on painkillers. Through my journey, I’ve come to appreciate the vital role of psychological, social, and spiritual factors in pain management. This insight has shaped not only my clinical philosophy but also my personal development as both a physician and a human being.
By the grace of God, I’ve been fortunate to gain a rich blend of academic credentials, clinical expertise, and practical experience that allow me to provide comprehensive, patient-centered pain care. After earning the Jordanian Board in Internal Medicine, I pursued advanced fellowship training in Pain Management and Palliative Medicine in California, USA.
My career path has included roles at the King Hussein Cancer Center and as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the Hashemite University. Since 2010, I have devoted myself fully to private practice, where I’ve focused on integrating regenerative medicine and ultrasound-guided interventional pain management into clinical care.
Throughout my career, I have authored several books in both Arabic and English, contributed to peer-reviewed publications, and presented at numerous regional and international scientific conferences. I’ve also led specialized training courses for physicians from across the globe—sharing knowledge, advancing techniques, and promoting a holistic approach to pain medicine.

Our Legacy Today

The wide-reaching reputation our clinic enjoys—and the trust we’ve earned from patients and fellow physicians alike—is, first and foremost, a blessing from God. It is also the natural outcome of nearly two decades of dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to healing. Over the years, our clinic has become a sanctuary of hope for countless individuals suffering from some of the most challenging pain conditions. Behind every wall are the stories of hundreds—if not thousands—of lives transformed, often after years of struggle. Our name has traveled across borders, drawing patients from neighboring Arab countries who seek not only advanced treatment but also genuine, compassionate care. Among the testimonials we hold dearest is this heartfelt message from one of our esteemed colleagues:
“I want to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Mohammad Bushnaq and his exceptional team. As a surgeon myself, I was heartbroken watching my wife suffer from debilitating jaw pain (TMJ) that disrupted her life for four long years—despite visiting numerous doctors. Then came our first visit to Dr. Bushnaq. After just one session of ultrasound-guided prolotherapy, her pain was gone—completely. From the moment we walked into the clinic, we felt embraced by kindness. Dr. Mohammad welcomed us with warmth, grace, and sincere attention. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. They explained everything with clarity and gave us all the time we needed. What truly moved us was the follow-up call we received the next day from one of the doctors, just to check in. That kind of care is rare. It was clear—not only in how we were treated, but in watching others—that this clinic isn’t driven by profit. It’s driven by principle, compassion, and extraordinary skill.
Dr. Bushnaq is a man who fears God, honors his oath, and puts his patients’ well-being above all else. Truly, pain and Dr. Mohammad Bushnaq cannot exist in the same room.”

What Is Regenerative Medicine?

Have you ever noticed that muscles are red while tendons appear white? That difference is no coincidence—muscles receive a rich blood supply, while tendons and joints receive very little. This limited circulation is key to understanding why certain tissues in the body struggle to heal.

Every day, your tendons, joints, and nerves are exposed to constant wear and tear—whether from sports injuries, poor posture, lifestyle habits, or simply the natural aging process. Over time, and due to poor blood flow, these tissues may become weakened and unable to repair themselves properly. As tendons lose strength and flexibility, they can no longer stabilize the joint effectively. This leads to a cascade of problems: muscle tightness, joint stiffness, cartilage degeneration, herniated discs, and nerve pain. This is where regenerative medicine comes in. These advanced therapies aim to rebuild and repair damaged tissues, reduce inflammation in tendons and nerves, and restore cartilage integrity. They work by attracting growth factors, stimulating a controlled healing response, and delivering the essential building blocks the body needs to regenerate itself naturally. Regenerative medicine has sparked a medical revolution, drawing significant attention across the global medical community. Numerous scientific studies have demonstrated its effectiveness as a safe, long-term alternative to surgery and chronic pain medications—and in some cases, it even leads to complete healing. With the advancement of modern medical techniques, leading scientific authorities now recommend ultrasound-guided injection for regenerative treatments to ensure the highest standards of precision and safety.

Treatment methods vary

Treatment methods vary depending on the patient’s condition and the underlying cause of pain. They include stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), prolotherapy, ozone therapy, collagen injections, radiofrequency ablation, and other advanced techniques.

fancybox
Stem cells

Stem cells are extracted from the patient’s abdominal fat tissue, then processed and injected into the affected joint to help regenerate the damaged cartilage.

Prp and exsosomes

A blood sample is drawn from the patient, and the plasma is extracted using a centrifuge. The plasma is then injected into the affected joint or tendon. This treatment is used for cases of knee osteoarthritis, inflammation, and tendon tears.

fancybox
Prolotherapy

Prolotherapy is a treatment that involves injecting a glucose solution (dextrose water) into the affected areas. Depending on the patient’s condition, additional substances such as ozone, collagen, or specific vitamins may be included.

fancybox
Sweet Caudal Injection

This procedure involves injecting substances such as prototherapy into the caudal region, using ultrasound guidance during needle insertion. This technique is used to treat pain in the spine, caudal area, and sciatica.

fancybox
Prolotherapy Drops – Sweet Nasal

Administered through the nose, Sweet Nasal drops are applied intranasally while the patient remains in a reclined position with the face directed upward to allow absorption of the substances at the base of the brain. This treatment is used for headaches, dizziness, sinusitis, sleep disorders, and peripheral numbness.

fancybox
Radiofrequency Therapy

In this technique, the target area—such as the knee nerves—is identified using ultrasound guidance. Fine needles connected to a radiofrequency device are then inserted, delivering high thermal energy to ablate the nerve and relieve pain. This method is recommended for advanced cases of knee osteoarthritis, spinal pain, and nerve inflammation.

fancybox
Ultrasound guided pain injection

This technique represents a breakthrough in pain management. It enables the physician to accurately identify and assess the source of pain—whether it’s a tendon, nerve, or joint—and to precisely visualize the needle as it is injected directly into the targeted area.

fancybox
Internal Medicine and Palliative Care

A comprehensive assessment is conducted to evaluate the patient’s physical, psychological, and spiritual condition. This includes reviewing necessary medications, all types of pain management, spiritual guidance, and home visits.

fancybox
Physiotherapy

It offers a variety of services, including physiotherapy, cupping therapy, acupuncture, and more.
