Afraid of what?
Each one of us carries a certain fear. Some fear their current life circumstances, others fear the unknown future — and some may simply feel dissatisfied with their performance or unsettled deep within.
That’s why we’ve created a gentle and thoughtful program designed to help release fear, restore emotional stability, and build confidence, achievement, and inner peace.
This program is based on practical, step-by-step methods inspired by Surat Al-Muddathir — the chapter of the Qur’an revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) during a moment of deep reflection and spiritual preparation.
The surah offers a sequential and methodical guide that helped him transition from a state of fear to one of reassurance and purpose.
In this approach, we move through the stages of mindfulness and reflection, then fear, then motivation, followed by courage, growth, focus, and finally, the awakening of the subconscious mind.
Phase One: An individual tour in the Chamber of the Noble. In this room, you will find the eight stations we talked about displayed before you as magnificent panels. Put on your headphones and listen to the thoughts and reflections about those images. You will also have a small booklet rich in practical applications. Duration of the tour: two hours.
Phase Two: A group discussion session on how to implement what was presented in the tour in daily life. Duration of this session: three hours.
Phase Three: A training course for three months, held once a week, on practical applications to build daily habits that enhance physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being, under the title Wellness.
